How long does a landscape design take?
Most residential plans are drawn within one to two weeks of the site visit. Larger properties and phased estate plans take longer. Installation scheduling depends on the season — spring and fall book fastest in the CSRA.
Can we do the work in phases?
Yes, and it is often the smarter move. The plan is drawn for the whole property, then we build it in stages you approve one at a time — typically hardscape and grading first, planting second, lighting last.
Do you install plants you did not design?
We do. Basic plant replacement and bed refreshes are welcome — you do not need a full design to get a better looking front yard.
What plants do you use?
Material that performs in Zone 8a heat and CSRA clay. We favor proven shrubs, ornamental trees and perennials with known mature sizes over whatever happened to look good at the nursery that week.
