How often will you come?
Weekly through the growing season is standard for warm-season turf in the CSRA, moving to bi-weekly or monthly in the winter. You get a set service day and the same crew.
Do you require a contract?
We work on a seasonal service agreement so we can hold your crew and your day. Call the office and we will walk you through the terms before anything is signed.
Is fertilization included?
Turf programs are quoted separately from mowing because the right program depends on your grass type and soil. Most clients bundle both.
Can you take over a property that has been neglected?
Yes. That usually starts with a one-time cleanup — cut back, edge, weed, re-straw — and then rolls onto regular service at a normal rate.
